Kramer Dining Center 
Closing Time Improvement

Project Overview

Utilizing data analytics to determine several small improvements in the Kramer Dining Center closing process and implementing these improvements individually to track the amount of time saved by implementing each idea. Goal of ending the semester with several small recommendations which will save the client money by reducing labor hours and provide tighter planning and scheduling for staff. There is an additional goal going forward of moving into a larger specific project for upcoming semesters.

 Dish Room Ergonomics

Project Overview

Analyzing the current process of the dish room in Kramer Dining Center that cleans and sanitizes thousands of dishes a day. The goal is to identify areas in need of application of ergonomic principles (ex: workstation design, VDTs, etc). The dining center wants to improve the health and safety of workers and improve the overall efficiency of the room.

Project Overview

 Analyzing the logistics of the supply and order inventory of both our own and other food pantries to give a final report to our client about improvement possibilities. We would like to provide the client with several possible deliverables which they can implement.

Ascension Via Christi Hospital
Patient Flow 

Project Overview

Addressing the outpatient diagnostic imaging ordering and the patient flow process issues. The clients are seeing lost patients and our team is working to collect and analyze data with the goal of improving the long wait times and miscommunications throughout the process. The end goal of this project is to improve the communication chain and map the patient flow process. 

Career Center
Data Analytics 

Project Overview

 Data analytics for the Kansas State Career Center in order to make recommendations for the future structure of the All-University Career Fair. The goal of this project is to improve the percentage of student turnout with a secondary goal of increasing employer satisfaction with the event.
